Traxit GmbHGartenlehnerstraße 27
4060 Leonding, Austria
For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, email contact@traxit.at or write to the address above. Further company details are in our imprint.
2. Visiting the website
This website uses Cloudflare Workers, provided by Cloudflare, Inc. (United States). Cloudflare delivers the pages through its network and processes technical request data, including IP addresses and information about traffic to and from the website.
The purpose is to deliver the website and protect it against attacks and misuse. The legal basis for our use of this infrastructure is our legitimate interest in operating a reliable, secure website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Processing connection data is necessary to deliver a page to your browser.
Cloudflare acts as a processor for customer logs and content handled on our behalf. For other processing covered by its own policy, Cloudflare acts as a controller. Details are available in Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
3. Cookies, fonts and external links
We do not use website analytics, advertising pixels or marketing tracking. The Traxit pages do not set cookies or use browser storage. Images and custom fonts are served with the website. There are no contact forms or embedded social feeds, maps or videos.
Cloudflare may use security cookies to distinguish legitimate visitors from malicious traffic or remember that a security challenge has been passed. These depend on the security protection used for a request. Cloudflare explains their purposes and lifetimes in its cookie documentation.
Links to LinkedIn, portfolio companies and press articles are ordinary external links. Following one takes you to a separately operated website, where that operator’s privacy information applies.
4. International data transfers
Cloudflare operates internationally. Personal data may be processed outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including in the United States.
Cloudflare’s Data Processing Addendum provides for transfers under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and for standard contractual clauses where the transfer requires them.
You can contact contact@traxit.at for information about the safeguards applicable to your data and a copy of the relevant safeguards.
5. Your rights
Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability.
Right to object: where processing is based on legitimate interests, you may object at any time for reasons relating to your particular situation. We must then stop that processing unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or need the data for legal claims.
If processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
You can exercise your rights by contacting contact@traxit.at. You may complain to a data protection authority, particularly in the EU country where you live, work or an alleged infringement occurred. In Austria, this is the Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde.
